We process and deliver orders to countries located on the territory of European Union (EU).
Once you have placed your order you will be presented with an order confirmation screen detailing what you have bought, payment methods and delivery options. At this time you will also be sent a confirmation by e-mail re-stating the details for your records. This e-mail does not however indicate that your order has been or begun to be processed or a confirmation of contact of purchase.
We ship from Monday to Friday (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) after the receipt of the payment. For the products “on request” or have a delivery period of 3+ days, our consultant will contact you to coordinate the delivery time.
Delivery cost:
The delivery cost for EU is €42 incl. VAT.
* The indicated prices, as well as free delivery, do not apply when ordering an oversized product.
Terms of delivery of oversized products
Any product designated as such on the site by means of a marker positioned above the price of the product is considered an oversized product. These are products that are heavy or bulky and are delivered in separate packages.
They are charged according to the courier company's tariff and are at the expense of the buyer. Billable weight is the greater of the volumetric and actual weight of the package. For shipments with a weight (actual or volumetric) over 50 kg. an additional "Heavy Package" fee applies.
In the event that there is a product marked as oversized in your order, you will be additionally informed about the cost of delivery by our sales assistant.
The shipping cost of the oversized product is not included in the order’s total amount.
Delivery time:
The estimated delivery time for EU is up to 5 (five) business days.
ELMARK TRADE Ltd. reserves the rights to extend the delivery with up to 7 days without informing the Customer.
Couriers will require a signature to ensure safe receipt of your products. If you are not able to collect and sign on the couriers first visit, the courier will makes additional attempts at delivery. If delivery is not successful they will return the products to the Trader. ELMARK TRADE Ltd. reserve the rights to retain amounts paid by the Customer. ELMARK TRADE Ltd. reserve the right to re-charge the delivery cost for re-delivery.
When unfounded refusal by the Customer, ELMARK TRADE Ltd. reserve the right to retain the paid amounts.
ELMARK TRADE Ltd. is not responsible in case of incorrect shipping details, or delay of the delivery because of a couriers fault. Our partner courier company is in control of their own schedule and we have no influence on the exact delivery date and time of your parcel.
